Analysis of grass-roots health professionals' present situation and the countermeasures in underdeveloped areas

Grass-roots health professionals are the key to solving the problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor" for common people and safeguarding people''s health.This paper takes Dazhou as an example,expound the contradiction between supply and demand of the grass-roots health professionals status and grass-roots health,investigation and analysis the contradiction of traditional medical talent cultivation and grass-roots health demand,explore the effective ways to solve medical personnel at the grass-roots level,provide reference for the construction of grass-roots health personnel team in underdeveloped areas and contribute to the development of grass-roots health.
