摘    要:目的:讨论心肌酶谱和心肌肌钙蛋白I(cardiac troponinI,cTnI)水平检测对不同程度的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿的诊断意义.方法:选取本院收治的50 HIE例患儿,按照其病情的轻重区别分为轻度组(n=23)、中度组(n=18)和重度组(n=9),并选择同一时期我院出生的正常新生儿20名.分析对比其心肌酶谱及cTnI水平变化情况.结果:HIE患儿心肌酶谱内CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH均高于正常新生儿,组间相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同程度的HIE新生患儿cTnI随着病情的加重而升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血清心肌酶谱及cTnI的检测对新生儿HIE的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义和价值.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponinI (cTnI) levels in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) of different severity.Methods:A total of 50 cases in our hospital were selected as clinical data,according to the severity of the disease,the cases were divided into group of mild cases(n=23),group of moderate cases (n=18) and group of severe cases(n=9),and 20 cases of normal full-term infants born in our hospital during the same period were selected.The changes of myocardial enzymes and cTnIlevels were analyzed and compared.Results:CK,CK-MB,LDH and HBDH in the myocardial enzymes in the neonates with HIE were higher than that in the normal newborns,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of cTnI in the newborn children with HIE increased with increasing severity,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection and analysis of myocardial enzymes and cTnIlevels in neonates with HIE has important clinical significance and value in the diagnosis and treatment.
