补肾解毒方对恶性肿瘤化疗中骨髓抑制的影响

目的:探讨补肾解毒方对恶性肿瘤化疗中骨髓抑制的影响。方法:选择恶性肿瘤化疗患者152例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,分为观察组与对照组,各76例。对照组单纯接受常规化疗,观察组在常规化疗基础上口服补肾解毒中药复方制剂。对比两组患者两个化疗疗程完成率及第1疗程中血象情况。结果:观察组两个化疗疗程完成率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05);第1疗程化疗后1周、3周时,观察组各血象指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾解毒方可减轻恶性肿瘤化疗患者骨髓抑制,有助于骨髓造血功能恢复,提高化疗耐受性和成功率,值得临床推广。

Effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on myelosuppression in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on myelosuppression in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor.Methods:152 cases of malignant tumor chemotherapy patients were selected as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group,each group has 76 cases.The control group only received conventional chemotherapy,Bushen Chinese herbal medicine was given in the observation group based on routine chemotherapy,the completion rate of 2 cycles of chemotherapy courses and the hemogram during the first course of treatment in the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The completion rate of 2 cycles of chemotherapy courses in the observation group was 97.37%,higher than the rate (84.21%) in the control group,with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).1 and 3 weeks after 1 cycle of chemotherapy,each hemogram index in the observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jiedu Decoction can reduce the myelosuppression in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy,contribute to the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function,and improve the tolerance of chemotherapy and the success rate of chemotherapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
