某医学院大一新生失眠现状及其影响因素调查

目的:了解某医学院大一新生的失眠现状及其影响因素。方法:采取随机整群抽样的方法,利用阿森斯失眠量表(Athens insomnia scale,AIS)及自制的大一新生失眠影响因素调查表进行调查。结果:(1)调查的1 338人中,AIS总分平均分为(5.85±3.52)分,失眠率达35.7%;(2)单因素分析结果显示:医学院大一新生发生失眠与专业、家庭经济状况、学习压力、宿舍睡眠环境、平时作息、就业前景、焦虑和抑郁等影响因素有关;(3)多因素Logistic回归分析发现,学习压力大、宿舍睡眠环境差、平时作息不规律、焦虑和抑郁是导致医学院大一新生失眠的重要独立危险因素。结论:医学院校大一新生失眠率较高,影响因素较多,建议采取改变大一新生的不良生活习惯和作息方式、开展心理健康咨询及创造良好的宿舍睡眠环境等措施改善其睡眠质量。

Analysis of students' status of insomnia and influencing factors in a medical college

Objective:To investigate current status of insomnia and influencing factors of medical college freshmen.Methods:With the method of random cluster sampling, the insomnia and influencing factors of medical college freshmen were surveyed by the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) and self-designed questionnaire.Results:Among 1 338 students investigated,average AIS total score was 5.85±3.52,35.7% reported suffering from insomnia.Single factor analysis showed that insomnia of medical college freshmen were relationship with specialty,family economic status,study pressure, dormitory environment,work and rest time,employment prospect,anxiety and depression.Multivariate non-conditioned logistic regression showed that heavy study pressure,bad dormitory environment,bad habit of work and rest time,anxiety and depression were the important risk factors of insomnia.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of insomnia in medical college freshmen is high,and there are many related factors affecting insomnia,suggest to change the bad habits and work and rest patterns,to carry out the psychological counseling and to create a good sleep environment of dormitory and other measuresto improve sleep quality of medical college freshmen.
