宫颈癌组织中bFGF和CD105的表达及生物学行为

摘    要:目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中bFGF和CD105的表达及生物学行为。方法:采用免疫组化检测40例宫颈癌组织及20例正常宫颈组织中bFGF与微血管密度(MVD)的表达。结果:宫颈癌组织中bFGF和MVD的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织;bFGF与有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤的大小及临床分期有关,而与肿瘤的病理组织类型无关:bFGF和MVD呈正相关性。结论:bFGF可能通过上调MVD的表达,促进宫颈癌细胞生长转移。

Abstract:Objective :To investigate expression of bFGF and CD105 in human cervical carcinoma tissue and it's biological behavior.Methods:Expression of bFGF and microvessel density (MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry in 40 cass of cervical cancer and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue.Results:Expression of bFGF and MVD in cervical can- cer tissue was significantly higher than normal cervical tissue.BFGF with lymph node metastasis,tumor size and clinical stage,but mot with the histopathological tumor type.BFGF and MVD were positively related to each other.Conclusion: BFGF probably promotes cancer cell growth and metastasis by upregulating the expression of MVD.
