| 摘 要： | 观察神经刺激仪定位下行腰丛坐骨神经联合阻滞在糖尿病老年患者截肢术中的应用.在神经刺激仪定位下,0.375%罗哌卡因用于腰丛坐骨神经联合阻滞麻醉在糖尿病老年患者的截肢手术中安全有效,是糖尿病老年患者截肢手术的理想麻醉方法.
