| 摘 要： | 目的 针对性地对脑血管意外患进行早期肢体功能锻炼。方法 编制肢体功能锻炼操，并在常规药物治疗基础上应用于临床（实验组50例，同时设回顾对照组50例），并按改良式Fugl-Meyer评分法进行疗效评定。结果 两组数据经统计学处理，P＜0．01，有显差异。结论 该操在脑血管意外患早期肢体功能锻炼中有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To exercise the limb function of the cerebral vascular accident (CVA) pa-tients during the early stage purposely. Methods On the basis of routine medical therapy, a series of limb functional exercises were choreographed and applied on CVA patients during the early stage. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by modified Fugl-Meyer Scale (FMS). Results There was a significant difference in FMS between experimental and control groups( P <0. 01). Conclusion Such exercises are beneficial for early-stage CVA patients. |
