不同时期北京市城区儿童行为问题比较研究

目的：比较不同时期北京城区儿童行为问题的检出率。方法：对两个时期的北京市城区儿童行为问题的调查结果进行了比较，两次调查均选用Ｒｏｔｔｅｒ行为评定量表进行评定。结果：１９９３年儿童行为问题的检出率为１０．９％，显著高于１９８５年的检出率（８．３％，Ｐ〈０．０５）；其中，Ｎ行为、ＡＮ行为的检出率也均明显高于１９８５年；而Ａ行为的检出率则是１９９３年（５．５％）明显低于１９８５年，男孩行为问题检出率２次

Children Behavioral Problems in Urban Aren of Beijing: A Comparison between 1985 and 1993

Objective:to compare the detected rate of children behavioral problems between two surveys(1985 and 1993)performed in Beijing urban Method:the results of two study performed in 1985 and 1993 were compared,and both were evaluated by Rutter's Behavior Questionnaire Result:the total rate of children behavior problems in 1993 was 10 9% and significantly higher than that in 1985 (8 3%,p<0 05) That of neurotic behavior(N behavior)and of mixed behavior problems(AN behavior)in 1993(1 9%and 3 5% respectively)were also significantly higher than those in 1985(0 5%and 0 3% respectively)But the rate of antisocial behavior in 1993 (5 5%)was relatively lower than that in 1985 (7 4%,p<0 05)
