| 摘 要： | 用间接红细胞凝集试验(IHA)检测旋毛虫病兔和旋毛虫病人血清中的抗体,结果24只家兔感染第21天后全部阳性,25例病人中24例阳性。用滤纸干血滴代替血清作IHA试验,结果无显著差别。本试验用于蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、丝虫、肺吸虫等病,未见交叉反应,肝炎和血吸虫病人的假阳性反应分别为4.0％和4.5％。

| Abstract: | Applications of indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) to detection of antibodies in Serum specimens from rabbits experimentally infected and patients infected with trichinosis were carried out.All of 24 sera of rabbits were reacted positively from the 2lst day on after experimental infection,and so were 24 out of 25 sera of patients.There was no statistically significant difference when substituted dry blood spots on filter paper for serum in the results of IHA.No cross reactions against hookworm disease,filariasis,ascariasis,trichuriasis and paragonimiasis were found in this test.Whereas the false positive reaction rates in hepatitis and Schistosomiasis japonica were 4.0% and 4.5% respectively |
