质子泵抑制剂用于减轻化疗胃部不适反应临床观察

目的：观察使用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）能否有效减轻化疗胃部不适，恶心，呕吐反应。方法：选取初程化疗患者38例，随机分为2组，即治疗组和对照组，均采用CAF，FOLFOX方案化疗。治疗组使用地塞米松，恩丹西酮，胃复安及化疗前15min给予津托拉唑40MG减轻化疗胃部不适，恶心，呕吐反应。对照组使用地塞米松，恩丹西酮，胃复安减轻化疗胃部不适，恶心，呕吐反应。结果：治疗组见O～3级胃肠道恶心，呕吐反应，胃部不适感轻，均完成化疗。对照组见1～4级胃肠道恶心，呕吐反应，胃部不适感重，有1例因畏惧恶心，呕吐反应及胃部不适明显，本人拒绝而终止化疗。结论：化疗含铂类，蒽环类，环磷酰胺等药物，使用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）能有效减轻化疗胃部不适症状．减轻化疗恶心．呕吐反应。

The Clinical Observation of the Proton Pump Inhibitor Used to Reduce the Response to Chemotherapy in Stomach

Objective ：To observe if the use of proton pump inhibitor （PPI） can effectively relieve chemotherapy - induced stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting. Methods：38 patients with the first process of chemotherapy, were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group and control group, were using CAF, FOLFOX regimen. Treatment group using dexamathesone, ondansetron, metoclopramide and 15 minutes before chemotherapy to use Pantoprazole 40MG re- duce stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting. Control group with dexamethasone, ondansetron, metoclopramide reduce chemotherapy stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting. Results： Treatment group, see light stomach discomfort, 0 - 3 gastrointestinal tract, nausea, vomiting,all completed chemotherapy. Control group, see weight stomach discomfort, 1 4 gastrointestinal tract, nausea, vomiting, and 1 patient because of fear of nausea, vomiting and stomach discomfort, refuse to terminate the chemotherapy. Conclusions：Chemotherapy with platinum, anthracyclinc, cyclophosphamide and other drugs, use of proton pump inhibitor （PPI） can effectively relieve stomach discomfort, reduce the chemotherapy, nausea, vomiting.
