| 摘 要： | 目的：观察评价陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗系统（以下简称陀螺刀）治疗原发性肝癌并门静脉癌栓的疗效。方法：2007-06～2008-06期间,对90例原发性肝癌并门静脉癌栓进行陀螺刀治疗,总剂量3.0Gy＊14±1次或3.5GY＊11±1次,正常肝组织V30〈33%。结果：90例患者中,CR21例（23.3%）,PR48例（53.3%）,NC15例（16.7%）,PD6例（6.7%）,总有效率（CR＋PR）76.7%。3月、6月、1、2年总生存率为100%（90/90）、85.6%（77/90）、64.4%（58/90）、32.2%（29/90）。结论：陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗系统（陀螺刀）治疗原发性肝癌并门静脉癌栓安全有效,毒副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective：Evaluation of cobalt-60 gyro rotating radiation therapy system（hereinafter referred to as the Gyro Knife） in the treatment of primary liver cancer and the efficacy of portal vein tumor thrombus.Methods：June 2007 to take months to June 2008 period,90 cases of primary liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus gyro knife treatment for a total dose of 3.0Gy＊14±1 times or 3.5GY＊11±1 times normal liver tissue V3033%.Results：90 patients,CR21 cases（23.3%）,PR48 cases（53.3%）,NC15 cases（16.7%）,PD6（6.7%）,overall response rate（CR＋PR） 76.7%.3 months,6 months,1,2-year survival rate was 100%（90/90）,85.6%（77/90）,64.4%（58/90）,32.2%（29/90）.Conclusions：gyro rotating cobalt 60 radiation therapy system（Gyro Knife） in the treatment of primary liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus is safe and effective drug side effects. |
