B-Lynch缝合术预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效

目的：探讨子宫B-Lynch缝合术对预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的作用。方法：选择2009年1月～2011年1月在我院产科行剖宫产术,有宫缩乏力性产后出血高危因素存在的患者36例为研究组,研究组在术中同时行预防性子宫B-Lynch缝合,随机选择同时期有宫缩乏力性产后出血的高危因素存在的剖宫产30例,未行预防性子宫B-Lynch缝合术,使用传统方法治疗,为对照组。比较两组的产后出血量、产后输血例数、子宫切除例数等治疗效果。结果：研究组产后出血量、产后输血例数与对照组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,无1例再次手术或子宫切除,无并发症发生,子宫复旧无异常。结论：B-Lynch缝合术可用于预防剖宫产中宫缩乏力性产后出血。

Clinical Effect of B-Lynch Suture for Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Inertia

Objective：To investigate effects of B-Lynch suture for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods：B-lynch suture was performed on 36 caesarean section cases（study group） with high risk of postpartum haemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.during January 2009 to January 2011.Thirty parturient patients treated with tradition technique for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section were recruited as control group.Hemorrhage volume,number of postpartum blood transfusionan and hysterectomy between the two groups were compared.Results：Hemorrhage volume,number of postpartum blood transfusionan of the study group were less than that of the control group（P0.05）.No case of re-operation or hysterectomy,no abnormal uterine involution.Conclusions：B-Lynch suture in cesarean section can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.
