| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between atrial fibrillation(AF)and plasma fibrinogen(FIB) in patients aged seventy years old above with essential hypertension.Methods One hundred twenty six cases aged seventy years old above with essential hypertension patients were divided into two groups according to AF Complication,AF group 54 cases,non-AF group 72 cases.The level of FIB,was examined and compared.Results The level of the FIB of the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion In essential hypertensive patients with AF,the level of FIB is much higher than the level of non-AF group and the danger of thrombus will increase. |
