丁酰胆碱酯酶与腰椎退行性变的关系研究

目的研究血清丁酰胆碱酯酶与腰椎退行性变的相关性。方法在日立7170全自动生化分析仪上用速率法测定了42例未手术的腰椎退行性变患者和35例正常体检者的血清丁酰胆碱酯酶。对研究组随访,询问其疼痛感,在痛感明显时采血。其中28例在使用麻醉剂后再次采血测定血清丁酰胆碱酯酶。用配对t检验处理数据。结果42例未手术的腰椎退行性变患者的血清丁酰胆碱酯酶(16945;SD=1637)明显高于正常对照组(10831;SD=1096;P<0.001)。28例研究组病人在使用麻醉剂后血清丁酰胆碱酯酶明显下降(12742;1958,P<0.001)。结论血清丁酰胆碱酯酶测定或可用于腰椎退行性变的诊治。

Relationship between Serum pseudocholinesterase and the patients with Degeneration of Lumbar Spine

Objective To determine whether there is a statistically significant relationship between serum pseudocholinesterase and the perception of pain in patients with chronic spinal pain.Methods Automatic rate method was used to study serum esterase enzymatic activity in one group of patients and one group of normal volunteers.Forty-two surgical patients with degenerative changes of the lumbar spine and 35 normal control volunteers were studied.The patients were analyzed for a period of time by inquiring the perception of their pain at the time venous blood was drawn.Serum samples were prepared,serum pseudocholinesterase was monitored and quantified according to Knedel et al.Paired sample t tests were used to statistically evaluate the data.Results The mean preoperative serum pseudocholinesterase level of chronic spinal pain patients(16 945;SD = 1 637),which was significantly higher than the mean levels of the normal control volunteers(10 831;SD = 1 096;P<0.001),decreased significantly with anesthesia(12 742;1 958,P<0.001).Conclusions Measurements of quantitative alterations of serum pseudocholinesterase levels may be useful in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic spinal pain.
