碘酸钾和碘化钾对碘缺乏大鼠大脑抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的:研究不同剂量碘酸钾和碘化钾对碘缺乏大鼠大脑抗氧化能力的影响,方法:120只Wistar大鼠低碘喂养3个月后随机分为4组:适碘碘化钾组(NI)、适碘碘酸钾组(NO)、高碘碘化钾组(HI)、高碘碘酸钾组(HO)、喂养22周后测定全脑重量,抗氧化能力。结果:4组大鼠全脑重量差异无显著意义;与NI组相比,NO,HO组GSH-Px,SOD,TAOC显著降低(P<0.05),MDA显著升高(P<0.05),HI组各项指标差异均无显著意义;与HI组相比,HO组GSH-Px,SOD,TAOC显著降低(P<0.05),MDA显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:与补充相同剂量的碘化钾相比,碘缺乏大鼠补充适量或大剂量碘酸钾后,脑组织抗氧化能力显著降低。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of potassium iodate and iodide upon the antioxidative capability of brain in iodine deficiency rats.Methods 120 iodine deficiency rats were divided into four groups randomly: normal potassium iodide group (NI), normal potassium iodate group (NO), high potassium iodide group(HI), high potassium iodate group(HO).The weight of brain, the morphology and the antioxidative capability of brain were determined at 22 th weeks.Results There are no difference about the weight of brain between four groups.Compared with NI group, the GSH-Px, SOD,TAOC decreased and the MDA increased significantly in NO,HO groups,but in HI group there was no change.Compared with HI group, the GSH-Px, SOD, TAOC decreased and the MDA increased significantly in HO group.Conclusions Given normal and high dose potassium iodate, the antioxidative capability of the brain in iodine deficiency rats decreased continuously.
