一种实用的仓鼠微血栓形成模型的建立

目的建立一种实用的金色仓鼠微血栓模型。方法将仓鼠颊囊外翻后内套入玻璃片,从仓鼠颈静脉注入鱼精蛋白中和内皮细胞抗血栓功能,再注入凝血酶,显微镜下可见明显的血栓形成。以仓鼠颊囊内直径为10~50μm的微动脉作为观察对象,计算形成血栓的微动脉的百分率,观察阿司匹林药物对血栓形成的影响。结果在镜下可观察到清晰的仓鼠颊囊微血管中的血液流动,注入凝血酶后形成明显微动脉血栓,阿司匹林能降低形成血栓的微动脉百分率。结论该文提供了一种直观的仓鼠微血栓形成模型,适用于抗血栓药物的筛选和研究。

Establishment of an applied microthrombosis model utilizing golden hamster

Aim To establish an applied micro-thrombosis model utilizing golden hamster for antithrombotic drugs research.Methods Cheek pouch of the golden hamster was pulled out and a piece of glass was set into it.Protamine was then injected into neck vein to neutralize the antithrombotic function of endothelial cells.After thrombin being injected,microthrombus formatted in the hamster cheek and could be observed under microscope pouch obviously.The percentage of arterioles(10 to 50μm in diameter) in which microthrombus formatted was then calculated,in order to evaluate the antithrombotic effect of aspirin.Results Hamster cheek pouch microcirculation was well observed under microscope.After thrombin injected,Microthrombus formation was found in arterioles.In aspirin group,percentages of arterioles containing thrombus were significantly lower than in model group.Conclusion A visible micro-thrombosis model was provided,which was applicable to antithrombotic drugs research.
