氧氟沙星与氯霉素滴耳液治疗化脓性中耳炎的比较

目的：比较氧氟沙星与氯霉素对化脓性中耳炎的疗效。方法：用０．３％氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗化脓性中耳炎４０例（男性２３例，女性１７例，共４０耳，年龄３８±ｓ１０ａ）；同时用０．２５％氯霉素滴耳液作对照４０例（男性２１例，女性１９例，共４０耳；年龄４０±１１ａ）。早晚各１次滴耳５～１０滴，疗程７ｄ。结果：氧氟沙星组及氯霉素组的临床有效率分别为７８％和４８％，细菌清除率分别为８８％和５５％，２组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：氧氟沙星滴耳液对治疗化脓性中耳炎有高效、安全、实用等特点。

Ofloxacin vs chloramphenicol in treatment of suppurative otitis media

AIM: To verify the therapeutic efficacy of ofloxacin otic solution in suppurative otitis media. METHODS: Forty patients (M 23, F 17, age 38±s 10 a, 40 ears) with suppurative otitis medea were treated with 0.3% ofloxacin otic solution compared with other 40 patients (M 21, F 19, age 40±11 a, 40 ears) by using 0.25% chloramphenicol otic solution. The patients were given 5-10 drops to the ears in the morning and evening daily for 7 d. RESULTS: The clinical effective rates of treated and control groups were 78% and 48%, and the bacteriological elimination rates were 88% and 55% respectively (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Ofloxacin otic solution is efficient and safe in treating suppurative otitis media.
