| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良胃镜清洗消毒方法对防止医源性HBV交叉感染的效果。方法改良胃镜清洗消毒方法是在常规流动水手工清洗消毒方法的基础上增加微型增压泵和清洗喷枪以代替原来的50 ml注射器抽吸灌洗,对比分析两种方法防止胃镜医源性HBV交叉感染的效果。结果在胃镜清洗消毒后的检测结果显示,改良型清洗消毒组的胃镜合格率为100%;以常规流动水手工清洗消毒组的胃镜合格率为77%,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论改良胃镜清洗消毒方法的效果可靠,且能降低成本,实用价值高,值得在基层医院推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of improved methods for sterilizing gastroscopes.Methods Based on the routine manual cleaning and sterilization,a micro pump and a sprayer were used to replace the routine injector of 50 ml to douche the gastroscopes for the purpose of preventing cross infection of HBV.Results The qualification rate by the developed sterilization method reached 100% but the routine method had a qualification rate of 77%.Conclusion The improved method lowering the cost,is reliable and practical in use,worth popularizing. |
