| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿消化性溃疡的临床表现、诊断和治疗。方法 回顾性总结36例胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡患儿的临床表现、诊断和治疗。结果 36例消化性溃疡中上腹部疼痛22例（61．1％）；剑突下疼痛11例（30．6％）；上腹部疼痛伴呕吐19例（52．8％）；黑便9例（25．0％）；黑便兼呕血1例（2．8％）。镜检溃疡面活动期（A1A2）12例（33．3％）；愈合期（H1H2）24例（66．7％）。31例做尿素酶试验，幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性26例（83．9％）。采用内科二联、三联疗法及经胃镜治疗，31例治愈，5例好转。结论 对具有上消化道症状者争取尽早行胃镜检查，根据病变性质选择治疗及疗程，对并发出血者胃镜检查能明确出血部位，且能立即行镜下止血治疗，因而更有特殊意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation diagnosis and therapy of children peptic ulcer. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical manifestation and therapy of 36 eases which diagnosed as peptic ulcer by gastroscopy. Results 26 of 31 eases are Hp positive by urease test. All patients have two - combining or three -combining treatments, most of them responded well. Conclusion It is very important that gastroscopy should be applied as early as possible in diagnoses for children with peptic ulcer. It is even beneficial in finding hemorrhage locus and treatment for massive hemorrhage. It also helps in choosing anti - ulcer drug and decision the term of treatment. |
