摘    要:目的:比较长托宁和阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床疗效。方法2008年1月至2013年9月我院共接收AOPP患者73例,患者随机分为长托宁治疗组(38例)和阿托品治疗组(35例)。比较分析两组患者阿托品化的时间、中毒症状消失时间、血胆碱酯酶活力(CHE)恢复时间和住院时间,以及不良反应(心动过速、尿潴留、躁动、高热)发生情况。结果长托宁组患者阿托品化时间、中毒症状消失时间及住院时间短于阿托品组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者CHE恢复时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阿托品组患者心动过速和躁动发生率高于长托宁组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尿潴留和高热发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与阿托品治疗AOPP相比,长托宁临床疗效好,不良反应发生率低。

Comparation of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine in treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine in the treatment of acute organo-phosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP).Methods Thirty-eight patients with AOPP were treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride,and 35 AOPP patients were treated with atropine.The atropinization time,poisoning symptoms losing time,the recovery time of cholinesterase,the time of hospitalization,and adverse effect were observed.Results The atropinization time,poisoning symptoms losing time and the time of hospitalization in the penehyclidine hydrochloride group were shorter than those in the atropine group (P〈0.05 ),and there was no signifi-cant difference between two groups in the recovery time of cholinesterase.The occurrence rate of tachycardia and dysphoria in the atropine group was higher than that in the penehyclidine hydrochloride group (P〈0.05),and the difference between two groups in uroschesis and hy-perpyrexia was not significant.Conclusion Compared with atropine in treatment of AOPP,penehyclidine hydrochloride has better clinical effect and less adverse effect.
