肛肠综合治疗仪结合硬化剂治疗混合痔的疗效分析

目的：探讨一种保护肛垫，减少齿线区感觉上皮损伤，能够有效去除病灶，减轻痛苦，减少并发症的治疗方法。方法将264例混合痔患者随机分为2组，治疗组采用肛肠综合治疗仪（HCPT）结合内注术，对照组采用外剥内扎术。结果两组创面愈合、疼痛评分、肛门坠胀、术后肉芽增生比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），术后水肿、出血、尿储留发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 HCPT结合硬化剂治疗混合痔较外剥内扎术有明显的临床疗效。

Case-control investigation of HCPT and sclerosing agent injection therapy to treat mixed hemorrhoids

Objective For the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, to investigate a treatment which can protect anal cushion, reduce dentate line sensory epithelial injury, and can effectively remove the lesion, alleviate the suffering of patients, and reduce the postoperative complications. Methods Totally 264 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group re- ceived HCPT and sclerosing agent injection therapy, and the control group received traditional Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Results Wound healing, pain scores, anal bulge, postoperative granulation hyperplasia of the two groups had statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; for postoperative edema, hemorrhage, urinary retention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with HCPT and sclerosing agent injection therapy has obvious clinical effect com- pared with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.
