| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨动脉化疗栓塞联合静脉化疗在胃癌肝转移中的治疗效果。方法将60例胃癌肝转移患者，随机分成动脉化疗栓塞联合静脉化疗组（试验组）和单纯化疗组（对照组），比较两组近期疗效和生活质量改善情况。结果试验组有效率为73．3％，生活质量改善率73．3％，对照组有效率为43．3％，生活质量改善率43．3％，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。试验组内分层分析，富血供者疗效更佳。两组毒副反应均可以耐受。结论动脉化疗栓塞联合静脉化疗是胃癌肝转移的有效方法，尤其是在富血供的胃癌肝转移患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To Investigate the effect of liver metastasis from gastric cancer treated by the combination of transcatheter ar-terial chemoembolization and intravenous chemotherapy.Methods Totally 60 patients were divided into two group randomly.Experimental group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with intravenous chemotherapy,and control group was treated with only intravenous chemotherapy.Therapeutic efficacy and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and quality of life of experimental group（73.3%）were higher than those of the control group（43.3%）,and there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Especially,hypervascular cases got better efficacy.Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with intraveno-uschemotherapy is effective in the treatment of liver metastasis from gastric cancer.The therapeutic efficacy of hypervascular metastatic tumor is better than that of hypovascular metastatic tumor. |
