新录用医务人员医院感染知识水平基线调查

目的 了解新录用医务人员对医院感染的认知程度,为制定针对性教育和培训计划提供依据.方法 设计问卷,在岗位培训前,对我院新录用109名医护人员进行调查.结果 新录用医务人员医院感染知识认知水平普遍较低.医护相比,医生对常见多重耐药菌的了解水平明显高于护士（χ2=4.38,P=0.037）,护士对医疗废物分类知识知晓程度（χ2=9.84,P=0.002）和手卫生意识（χ2=11.09,P=0.009）明显好于医生;录用前有短期工作实践经历人员对医院感染认知水平总体好于应届毕业生.结论 新录用医务人员医院感染相关知识和防控意识远低于相关要求,亟需在学校教育和实习阶段进行加强.

Baseline survey of nosocomial infection knowledge among newly employed medical staff

Objective To investigate the knowledge of nosocomial infection of newly employed medical staff in our hospital, and to provide the evidence for the development of targeted educational and training programs. Methods We conducted a written questionnaire sur- vey on nosocomial infection among 109 newly employed medical staff before on-the-job training. Results Rates of correctly answered every i- tems in the questionnaire were generally lower. Level of understanding about multi-resistant bacteria among doctors was significantly higher compared to nurses （χ2 = 4. 38, P = 0. 037 ）. Meanwhile, levels of knowledge about medical waste classification （χ2 = 9. 84, P = 0. 002） and hand hygiene awareness （χ2 = 11.09,P = 0. 009） among nurses were obviously better than doctors. Persons with a short work experi- ence showed generally better levels than newly graduated staff on the knowledge of nosocomial infection. Conclusion Knowledge of nosoco- mial infection in such newly employed medical staff was far below than relevant policy recommended. Knowledge and skills about nosocomial infection should be strengthened at their educational institutions and during their internship period.
