实施干预措施减少剖宫产患者术中寒战的效果观察

目的探讨实施干预措施减轻剖宫产患者术中寒战的效果。方法将220例剖宫产患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各110例。对照组术中按常规进行护理，观察组术中在常规护理的基础上，采取保温措施，提高室温至24℃～26℃，输注液体、体腔冲洗液加温至37℃、取出胎儿后预防性静脉推注多沙普仑1mg／kg等干预措施，观察两组患者术中寒战的发生情况。结果观察组术中寒战发生率显著低于对照组（均P〈0．01）。结论术前、术中积极实施有效干预措施可减少寒战的发生。

Interfere with the implementation of measures to reduce the effect of chill on the cesarean section patients

Objective To explore the implementation of interventions to reduce cesarean section patients with shivering results. Methods 220 cases of cesarean section patients were randomly divided into control group and 110 cases of the Observer Group. In the control group, patients were taken routine care, while the Observer Group did conventional care, on the basis of insulation measures to enhance the room temperature to 22℃ ～ 24℃, the infusion fluid and body cavity fluid temperature to 37℃ ,prophylactic removal of fetal doxapram intravenous injection of 1 mg/ kg,and other interventions. Patients in the two groups were observed in the incidence of shivering. Results The observation group shivering in the incidence was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Preoperative,intraoperative actively implement effective interventions can reduce the occurrence of shivering.
