VEGF及CD34在外阴皮肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变及外阴上皮内瘤变中的表达

目的：探讨外阴真皮组织内血管形成及密度（MVD）改变与外阴皮肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变（NNEDV）及外阴上皮内瘤变（VIN）的关系。方法：血管内皮生长因子（VEGF），人原始造血细胞抗原（CD34）染色采用免疫组织化学S-P法。结果：外阴硬化性苔藓（LS）和VIN中VEGF高表达与正常皮肤比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。LS和VIN中MVD与正常皮肤比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：LS组织中存在微循环障碍，局部缺血缺氧，代偿性刺激血管生成因子表达增高。

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and human hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen in non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva and vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective: To investigate the relationship of angiogenesis and microvessel density(MVD) with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva(NNEDV) and valvar intraepithelial neoplasia(VIN).Methods: Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and human hematopoietic progeuitor cell antigen(CD34) were stained with S-P immunohistochemical method.Results: The expression of VEGF in lichen sclerosus(LS) and VIN was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of CD34 in VIN was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P<0.05),and in LS it was significantly lower than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion: Microcirculation disorder may be involved in LS,and it can cause ischemia and hypoxia and stimulate high expressions of angiogenic factors.
