乳腺癌筛查的生物标记物

乳腺癌是威胁女性生命的主要病因之一,但广泛X线筛查的实施并未改善这一状况。一方面由于乳腺X线筛查存在较高的假阴性,另一方面许多妇女不愿进行常规乳腺X线筛查而失去了早期发现的机会。目前癌生物标记物已经成为癌症研究的主要焦点,乳腺癌筛查的生物标记物对乳腺癌的早期发现有重要意义,且能提高成本效益。本文就乳腺癌筛查的生物标记物相关研究进展进行阐述。

Biomarkers for Breast Cancer Screening

Breast cancer is one of the main causes threatening women's lives,which has not been improved in spite of widespread mass screening.One of the reasons is the relatively high rate of false negative in X-ray screening,the other is that many women are unwilling to do routine mammographic screening to lose the chance of early discovery.At present,the cancer biomarker has been a main focus in the research of cancer.Biomarkers for breast cancer screening is of great significance in early discovery of breast cancer and it can raise the cost-effectiveness.This paper reports the progress in the research of biomarkers of breast cancer screening.
