腹盆良性畸胎瘤的CT表现

目的：研究腹盆良性畸胎瘤的CI’表现。材料与方法：本组经病理证实良性畸胎瘤9例，其中男3例，女6例，平均年龄40．6岁。全部病例进行了CT平扫检查。结果：肿瘤位于卵巢4例，腹膜后4例、骶尾前1例，肿瘤平均大小5．6cm。圆形6例、椭圆形2例、不规则形1例。6例中含有脂肪成分，6例见不同形式钙化，4例见壁结节，2例见脂液平面。结论：腹盆良性畸胎瘤为一种CT表现复杂的肿瘤，与其内所含的液体、脂质、脂肪、实质及钙化成分有关。

CT Features of Benign Teratomas in Abdomen and Pelvis

Purpose:To Study the CT manifestations of benign teratoma in abdomen and pelvis.Materials and Methods:Nine cases of benign teratomas proved by pathology were presented.There were three men and six women,with average age of 40.6 years.CT studies were obtained in all nine cases.Results:Tumors were located in ovariun (4 cases),retroperitoneal space (4 cases),sacrococcygeal regions(1 cases).Tumors demonstrated round shape (6 cases),oval shape(2 cases) and irregular shape (1 case).Fatty components were seen in 6 cases,various calcification in 6 cases,dermoid plug in 4 cases,fluid/sebum level in 2 cases.Conclusion:The benign teratoma of abdomen and pelvis is one complex tumor on CT study,which depends on the fluid,sebum,fat,solid and calcification components.
