| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨开展人性化护理培训干预与患者满意度之间的关系.方法 开展人性化护理相关理论培训、护患沟通能力和技巧训练、营造人性化护理氛围等培训方法,分析护理培训干预前后护理服务效果.结果 开展护士人性化护理培训干预后护士综合素质、服务意识、护理质量、患者对护理满意度比干预前明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01). 结论 在护理管理中,重视护士人性化培训护理干预,可提升医院的服务水平与竞争力.
