肺鳞癌组织中磷脂酶A2蛋白表达的相关性及临床病理意义

目的探讨分泌型磷脂酶A2（sPLA2-Ⅱa）及胞浆型磷脂酶A2（cPLA2）蛋白表达与肺鳞癌发生、发展及浸润、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例肺鳞癌组织及20例正常肺黏膜组织中sPLA2-Ⅱa及cPLA2蛋白表达。结果肺鳞癌组织中sPLA2-Ⅱa（68.3%）及cPLA2（61.7%）蛋白阳性表达率均显著高于正常肺黏膜组织中两者蛋白阳性表达率（15.0%、10.0%）,差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=17.239、16.027,P〈0.05）;肺鳞癌组织中sPLA2-Ⅱa蛋白阳性表达率与肿瘤的组织学分级、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移有关（χ^2=9.243、4.501及8.287,P〈0.05）;cPLA2蛋白阳性表达率与肿瘤的组织学分级、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移有关（χ^2=6.160、8.013及4.785,P〈0.05）。sPLA2-Ⅱa与cPLA2的蛋白表达呈正相关关系（r=0.274,P〈0.05）。结论 sPLA2-Ⅱa及cPLA2在肺鳞癌的浸润、转移及癌变过程中起重要作用,sPLA2-Ⅱa及cPLA2的联合检测可望成为肺鳞癌早期诊断和判断预后的分子指标之一。

The Correlation and Clinical Pathological Significance of the Expressions of Phospholipase A_2 Proteins in Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship of the expressions of secretory phospholipase A2（sPLA2-Ⅱa） and cytosolic phospholipase A2（cPLA2） proteins and the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of sPLA2-Ⅱa and cPLA2 protein in 60 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of normal lung epithelium tissues.Results The positive expression rates of sPLA2-Ⅱa（68.3%） and cPLA2（61.7%） proteins in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues were obviously higher than those in normal lung epithelium tissues（protein positive ratios： 15.0% and 10.0%）,there were significant differences among the groups（χ2=17.239 and 16.027,P0.05）.The sPLA2-Ⅱa protein positive expression rate was closely correlated with the histological grade,TNM grade and lymphatic metastasis in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues（χ2=9.243,4.501 and 8.287;P0.05）.The cPLA2 protein positive expression rate was closely correlated with the histological grade,TNM grade and lymphatic metastasis in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues（χ2=6.160,8.013 and 4.785;P0.05）.There was positive correlation between the protein expressions of sPLA2-Ⅱa and cPLA2（r=0.274,P0.05）.Conclusion sPLA2-Ⅱa and cPLA2 can play important roles in the infiltration,metastasis and carcinomatous change of the mucosa epithelium in lung squamous cell carcinoma.United examining sPLA2-Ⅱa and cPLA2 can become one of molecular index in the early diagnosis and prognostic judgement of lung squamous cell carcinoma.
