咽异物诊治的前瞻性观察

目的 观察门诊咽异物就诊者异物阳性率、漏诊率.方法 对2006年7月1日-2006年12月31日接诊的主诉咽异物患者的诊治情况进行前瞻性观察.结果 216例中检查发现并取出异物153例(70.8%),漏诊2例(0.9%);口咽常规检查及下咽间接喉镜检查发现异物148例(占异物总数96.7%),纤维喉镜检查,发现异物3例,X线及CT检查各发现1例.直接取出145例,纤维喉镜下取出6例,食道镜下取出1例,颈侧切开取出1例.结论 口咽常规检查及下咽间接喉镜检查是咽异物诊治中的主要手段,有选择地采用纤维喉镜、X线等辅助检查可降低漏诊率.

A prospective study of foreign body ingestion

Objective To examine the diagnosis and management of foreign body ingestion. Methods 216 patients with suspected foreign body ingestion presenting between July and December 2006 were studied prospectively. All patients with the complaint had a thorough pharynx examination. Flexible endoscopy under local pharyngeal anesthesia would be performed on some patients with negative findings.X-rays and CT scan were performed when needed. Results Foreign body were find in 153 patients, 146 were removed directly ,6 under Flexible endoscopy,1 by esophagoscope,1 by surgery. Conclusions A thorough pharynx examination and flexible endoscopes are the most important methods in treating foreign body ingestion.
