钦州市提高肺结核病人转诊到位率方式初探

目的通过行政干预肺结核病人转诊模式的研究，探寻提高肺结核病人转诊到位率的最佳途径，为控制结核病提供科学依据。方法比较干预措施前后的数据变化来判断干预效果。结果干预措施后的肺结核病的重报率明显下降、转诊率、追踪率和到位率与干预前均明显提高，差异有统计学意义。结论在加强结核病防治机构与医疗机构合作沟通的同时，行政干预是落实归口管理、提高结核病人发现率必不可少的手段。
