温阳通络方治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎183例

目的探讨温阳通络方治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的效果。方法回顾性分析温阳通络方治疗的183例浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床资料和治疗效果。结果随访3月~5年,痊愈无复发178例,治愈率97.3%;3例患者一侧乳腺治愈后另一侧又发,间隔时间6月~1年,经治疗后痊愈;2例患者经治疗3月后无好转改为手术治疗。本组病例治疗平均时间为91天,平均住院天数为11天。结论温阳通络方治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎疗效显著,缩短了住院天数、避免了切开扩创等手术治疗。

Wenyang Tongluo Recipe in the Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis for 183 Cases

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Wenyang Tongluo recipe in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis .Methods The clinical data and therapeutic effect of 183 cases of plasma cell mastitis treated by Wenyang Tongluo recipe were retrospectively analyzed . Results The patients were followed-up for 3 months to 5 years.178 cases were cured without recurrence , and the cure rate was 97.3%.3 cases had a relapse with the other side of the breast 6 months to 1 year later, and were healed after treatment .2 cases received surgical treatment because of no improvement after treatment for three months .The average time of treatment was 91 days, and the average hospital stay was 11 days.Conclusion Wenyang Tongluo recipe in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis had significant effect .It could shorten the length of stay in hospital , and avoid surgical treatments such as incision and debridement .
