观察益气补肺、活血祛瘀类中药配伍治疗肺间质纤维化的疗效

目的分析益气补肺、活血祛瘀类中药配伍在治疗肺间质纤维化中的疗效。方法选取我院2014年2月—2015年6月期间收治的肺间质纤维化患者60例,将所有患者随机分为两组,对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组则采用中医治疗,分析比较两组患者疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者症状评分低于对照组,差异显著(P0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异显著(P0.05)。结论益气补肺、活血祛瘀类中药治疗肺间质纤维化疗效显著,在临床应用中值得推广。

Observation on the Effect of the Synergy of Benefiting Qi for Nourishing Lung and Promoting Blood Circulation for Removing Blood Stasis Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the synergy of benefiting qi for nourishing lung and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis .Methods Selecting 60 cases of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in our hospital from February 2014 to June 2015, they were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated by routine Western medicine , and the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared .Results After treatment , the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The synergy of benefiting qi for nourishing lung and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis has significant effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application .
