柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁42例

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法选取我院脑卒中后抑郁患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组采用氟哌塞顿美利曲辛,观察组加用柴胡疏肝散加减方,对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率97.62%明显高于对照组的73.17%,治疗后,观察组患者HAMD评分与SSS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效显著,有助于显著改善神经功能,值得临床推广应用。

Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression for 42 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of post -stroke depression . Methods 84 cases of post-stroke depression were selected in our hospital , and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 42 cases in each group .The control group used droperidol Seton melitracen , and the observation group was given modified Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group .The curative effect of the two groups was compared .Results The effective rate of the observation group was 73.17%which was significantly higher than 97.62%of the control group , the HAMD score and SSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the those of the control group after treatment , and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The modified Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of post-stroke depression has significantly clinical effect , helps to improve the neural function , and is worthy of clinical application .
