大黄粉穴位贴敷对骨折卧床患者便秘的影响

目的探讨大黄粉穴位贴敷对骨折卧床患者便秘的影响。方法选取我院骨折卧床便秘患者96例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组患者采用酚酞片口服、饮食调护、腹部按摩等综合疗法,观察组患者则在饮食调护的基础上采用大黄粉穴位贴敷法进行治疗,对比两组患者疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,比较结果具有显著差异性(P0.05)。结论大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗骨折卧床患者便秘的临床效果良好,值得推广使用。

Effect of Acupoint Application of Rhubarb Powder on Constipation Patients with Fracture

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of rhubarb on constipation patients with fracture .Methods Selecting 96 cases of patients with constipation in bed in our hospital as the research objects , they were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 48 cases in each group .The control group was treated with phenolphthalein tablets , diet nursing and abdominal massage therapy.Patients in the observation group adopted acupoint application of rhubarb on the basis of the control group .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the results were significantly different ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The acupoint application of rhubarb in the treatment of constipation patients with fracture in bed has well clinical effect of , and it is worth to be popularized and used .
