糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的中西医结合治疗效果观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的效果。方法抽选糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者84例并结合患者入院时间分为两组。对照组(42例)给予西药治疗,观察组(42例)添加愈疡止痛汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、疼痛积分、生活质量差异。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(97.6%)相较于对照组患者治疗有效率(73.8%)存在显著性差异(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后疼痛积分小于对照组,差异显著(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓效果显著,充分缓解患者疼痛,值得临床推广。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Erosive Oral Lichen Planus

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.Methods Selecting 84 cases of patients with erosive oral lichen planus , combined with the admission time , they were divided into two groups .The control group ( 42 cases ) was treated with Western medicine treatment .The observation group ( 42 cases ) was given additionally Yuyang Zhitong decoction .The differences on therapeutic effect , pain score and quality of life of the two groups were compared . Results Comparing with the control group , the effective rate (73.8%) of the observation group was significantly different (P<0.05) from the control group (97.6%).After treatment, the pain score of observation group was less than that of the control group , and the difference was significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion The Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus has significant effect , can fully relieve the pain of patients , and it is worthy of clinical promotion .
