补肾强心法治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭30例

目的观察补肾强心法治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法 60例冠心病慢性心衰病人,随机分成两组。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用补肾强心中药,服药前后记录患者临床症状、血脑钠肽(BNP)、一氧化氮(NO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血脂四项、心脏彩超等。结果加用补肾强心中药治疗后,患者慢性心力衰竭总有效率达到90%,血BNP、NO、CRP、HCY、左心室射血分数(EF值)、血脂等指标较治疗前均有明显改善,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P0.05)。结论补肾强心法治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效明显,且没有任何毒副作用。

Tonifying the Kidney and Supplementing Heart in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease 30 cases

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of tonifying the kidney and supplementing heart in the treatment of chronic heart failure ( CHF) of coronary heart disease .Methods 60 cases of patients with CHF of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment .The treatment group was given tonifying the kidney and supplementing heart herbs on the basis of routine treatment .The symptoms, serum BNP, NO, CRP, HCY, fat four items and left ventricular ejection fraction ( EF ) were recorded before and after treatment .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, patients’ serum BNP, NO, CRP, HCY, fat four items and left ventricular ejection fraction ( EF) were significant improved after treatment, comparing with the control group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney and supplementing heart is useful to treat the CHF of coronary heart disease , and without any side effect .
