2型糖尿病并失眠症辨证论治72例

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并失眠的临床特点及治疗策略。方法选择我院2003年以来中医辨证分型治疗2型糖尿病合并失眠的72例患者进行系统性回顾分析。结果本组患者均以西药如胰岛素、二甲双胍、吡格列酮等控制基础血糖,联合中医药汤剂辨证治疗,痊愈60例,好转7例,总有效率达93%。结论 2型糖尿病与失眠互为因果,使用西药控制血糖,中医药治疗失眠,改善了睡眠质量,均取得良好效果。

Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation for Type 2 Diabetes with Insomnia for 72 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment strategies of type 2 diabetes complicated with insomnia .Methods Retrospective analysis on 72 cases of type 2 diabetes combined with insomnia treated by treatment of TCM in our hospital since 2003 was carried out .Result The basal glucose level was controlled by Western medicine such as insulin , metformin and pioglitazone .Combined with Chinese medicine decoction , 60 cases were cured , 7 cases were improved , and the total effective rate was 93%.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes and insomnia were reciprocal causation , Western medicine was used to control blood glucose , Chinese medicine was used to treat insomnia, quality of sleep of these patients can be improved , and good effect was obtained .
