香砂六君子汤联合苓桂术甘汤治疗酒精性肝炎50例临床观察

目的观察香砂六君子汤联合苓桂术甘汤治疗酒精性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将临床确诊为酒精性肝炎100例随机分为对照组、治疗组各50例,2组治疗期间绝对禁酒,适当减少热量摄入,对照组给予维生素E软胶囊、复方维生素B片、水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片,治疗组给予香砂六君子汤和苓桂术甘汤,2组均治疗4周,观察治疗前后肝功能及治疗期间症状、体征等变化。结果治疗后治疗组中医临床症状总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL等生化指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤联合苓桂术甘汤治疗酒精性肝炎效果明显,临床可以推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the Treatment of Alcoholic Hepatitis for 50 Case

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitits .Method 100 cases of alcoholic hepatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group , with 50 patients in each group .During treatment , patients cannot drink alcohol , and appropriate to reduce calorie intake .The control was given vitamin E soft capsule , compound Vitamin B tablets and silybum Silibinin meglumine tablets .The treatment group received Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction .2 groups were treated for 4 weeks, and liver function during treatment , symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed .Results After treatment , the total effective rate of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The improvement on ALT , GGT, TBIL and other biochemical indicateors of the treatment group were better than those of the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitits has obvious effect , and it can be clinically applied .
