摘    要:本实验观察到电针对cAMP所诱发的家兔皮层痫样电活动的抑制作用,可被赛庚啶、电解损毁中脑中缝核所消除或减弱;电刺激中脑中缝核则有与电针抑痛相似的效应;提示中缝核的5—HT能神经元可能参与电针抑痫效应。

Abstract:The fact that application of electro-acupuncture on bilateral Zushanli Points inhibits epileptic seizure waves in ECoG of conscious rabbits was found in ourp revious experiments. In the present work we found that electric stimulation of Nu raphe decreased significantly the frequency .amplitude and duration of the epilep-tiform discharges. This effect showed no significant difference in comparison with that in the electroacupuncture group. The inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture was abolished or markedly decreased after destruction ( by electrolysis ) of Nu raphe or after cyproheptadine iv injection. These results suggested that 5-HT-nergic neurons in Nu raphe may play an important role in the inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture on the generation of c-AMP induced ECoG epilaptiform waves.
