在新的历史条件下,要发展现代高等中医药教育,必须把握并立足于中医药科学的发展规律,正确认识现代高等中医药教育发展的时代背景与要求,明晰现代高等中医药教育的发展之路,在办学模式、学科建设与学术思路、专业建设与办学格局、人才培养类型、学校功能等方面实现科学合理的"突破",并按时代的背景与要求进行若干要素的优化"结合",方可更好地实现现代高等中医药教育的发展与创新.

Considerations onto the development of higher education of Chinese medicine

Development of higher education of Chinese medicine in the new history should be established in the rules of developing science of Chinese medicine. Background situation and requirement for development of the modern education should be understood. Such areas as developing method, school running mode, discipline construction, specialty construction, talent nurturing category, school function should be optimized reasonably to achieve a "scientific breakthrough" by the needs of the new times with the purpose to better realize development and creation of higher education of modern Chinese medicine.
