| 摘 要： | 为观察舒肝降脂煎(绞股蓝、黄芪、茵陈、郁金、泽泻、姜黄)治疗脂肪肝的效果,54例脂肪肝患者口服舒肝降脂煎治疗2个月。结果：治愈7例,显效13例,有效26例,无效8例,总有效率为85．18％;治疗前后血脂、肝功能变化比较有显著性差异。提示舒肝降脂煎治疗脂肪肝有比较满意的临床疗效,对血脂和肝功能异常有良好的调节作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction" in the treatment of fatty liver, 54 subjects were treated with this Decoction. Results: 7 cases were cured, 13 cases got marked effects, 26 cases got effectiveness and 12 cases failed, with the total effective rate of 85.18%; there were significant differences before and after treatment in blood lipid and liver function. It is indicated that "Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction" is excellently effective in treating fatty liver and in improving blood lipid and liver function. |
