兔颅高压模型经颅多普勒频谱参数与颅内压关系的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨经颅多普勒频谱参数与颅内压的关系.方法采用新西兰兔球囊注水法颅高压模型,动态监测大脑中动脉的经颅多普勒频谱.结果TCD频谱参数cf、PI、af、RI、ae均和ICP正相关,Vd、ac、Vm均和ICP负相关,其中cf与ICP的相关系数最大.cf、PI、af、RI、ae、Vd、ac、Vm与ICP均呈指数关系.结论TCD频谱参数cf比目前的TCD频谱参数PI、RI、Vd和Vm更显著地提示颅内压升高.

Abstract:Objective:To study the relations of intracranial pressure and parameters transcranial Doppler ultrasonography.Results: Intracranial pressure was raised by inflation of a supratentorial epidural balloon in the left parietal lobe of rabbits. Blood flow of the bilateral middle cerebral arteries were observed with transcranial Doppler.Methods: These relationships of parameters of TCD, cf, PI, af, RI, ae and ICP were positive correlation, and these relationships of parameters of TCD, Vd, ac, Vm and ICP were negative correlation. The correlation coefficient of ICP and the paramenter of TCD called cf was the most prominent one.These relationships of parameters of TCD with ICP are exponential.Conclusions: The correlation coefficient of cf and ICP is marked than those of PI, RI, Vd, Vm and ICP.
