腹腔镜在妇科急腹症中的临床应用分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜技术在妇科急腹症中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2006～2008年收住的妇科急腹症患者59例的临床资料，其中23例行腹腔镜手术为观察组，36例行常规剖腹手术为对照组，对两组术中、术后等7项指标进行比较。结果：手术时间两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术中出血量，术后肛门排气时间，镇痛剂使用，术后发热，住院日，恢复日常工作时间两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：腹腔镜技术为妇科急腹症开辟了一种微创手术新途径，治疗效果可靠，值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical application of laparoscopy in gynecologic acute abdomen

Objective:To explore the clinical application of laparoscopy in gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods:Retrospective analyzed clinical data of 59 cases with gynecologic acute abdomen from 2006 to 2008.Divided all cases into two groups:observation group with 23 cases treated by laparoscopy and control group with 36 cases treated by regular surgery.Compared 7 indexes before and after operation in two groups.Results:There were significant difference in bleeding volume during surgery,time of postoperative anal exsufflation,usage rate of analgesics,incidence of fever,stay time and recovery time(P<0.01),while the difference of surgical time was insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy provides a new way for minimally invasive surgery.It is effective,reliable,and valuable in clinical application.
