大承气冲剂对腹部手术后胃肠运动功能恢复的作用

目的:观察大承气冲剂对术后胃肠运动功能障碍的恢复作用。方法:对大承气冲剂治疗组及对照组患者于术前、手术当日和术后第1、2、3天行胃电图检查。于手术当日和术后第1、2、3天行胃肠道压力测定。结果:手术当日治疗组胃电图正常波高于对照组,低频波和高频波低于对照组。术后第2、3天治疗组胃电图波幅高于对照组。治疗组正蠕动百分比明显高于对照组,逆蠕动百分比明显低于对照组。术后第1、2天,对照组十二指肠上段移动性运动复合波收缩幅度高于治疗组。结论:大承气冲剂可以通过调节胃肠道恢复的同步加速胃肠道运动功能障碍的恢复。

Effects of Dachengqi decoction on recovery of the gastrintestinal motility after abdominal surgery

Objective: To study the effects of Dachengqi decoction on treating the postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods: 13 surgical patients treated with Dachengqi decoction, and 20 patients of control were elected. Electrogastrograph(EGG) was done in every patients in preoperative day , the operation day and the1,2,3 postoperative day for about 1 hour. Gastroduodenojejunal manometry was done in 11 patients in treat group and 8 patients in the control group at same time as EGG were done except preoperative day for about 5 hours. Results: In operation day, the precentage of EGG normal frequency in treat group was higher than that in control group, the precentage of EGG bradygastria and tachygastria frequency were lower than those in control group. The results of EGG amplitude in the 2 and 3 postoperative day in treat group were higher than control group . In treat group the precentage of peristalsis was obviously higher than in control group , the precentage of retroperistalsis was obviously lower than in control group. In upper jejunum the migrating motor complex contractical power was higher in control group in the 1, 2 postoperative day. Conclusion: Dachengqi decoction can accelerate the motility of gastrointestine by adjusting the recovery of gastrointestinal tract in accordance.
