NO供体作用阴茎海绵体前后血液生化研究

摘    要:目的 :通过阴茎海绵体血生化指标的检测 ,探索NO在阴茎海绵体平滑肌中的作用。 方法 :选取 42例勃起功能障碍病人 ,采用NO供体硝普钠进行阴茎海绵体内注射 (ICI) ,注射前后血气分析及血NO含量测定 ,所有病例均采用罂粟碱 /酚妥拉明ICI进行对比。 结果 :(1)阴茎海绵体血液NO含量ICI前后有明显变化 ,而硝普钠作用效果优于罂粟碱 /酚妥拉明。 (2 )血气分析方面 :两类药物ICI前后对比 ,PO2 及O2 Sat均存在显著性差异 ;硝普钠注射前后pH值无显著差异 ,而罂粟碱 /酚妥拉明ICI前后有显著性差异 ,而这两种制剂效果之间相比 ,pH ,PO2 值之间存在显著性差异 ,O2 Sat值之间无显著性差异。 结论 :硝普钠系一良好的NO供体 ,而NO可导致阴茎海绵体平滑肌舒张 ,血流增加 ,且其模拟内源性血管扩张较其他药物介质更符合人体自身生理机制。

Abstract:Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of NO in corpus cavernosum smooth muscle with blood biochemical study. [WT5”HX] Methods:[WT5”BZ] 42 ED patients were recruited in this study.Sodium nitropusside (SNP)as NO donor is used for ICI in each patient. The blood gas analysis and determination of sera NO in the penis are performed before and after ICI. Meanwhile papaverine/phentolamine is used in control group. [WT5”HX]Results:[WT5”BZ] (1) NO elevated after ICI in two groups. The effects of SNP are better than those of papaverine/phentolamine. (2) PO 2 and O 2Sat increased in both groups after ICI. There is no statistical difference of pH in SNP before and after ICI,and there is statistical significance of pH in control group. Compared SNP with control group, there is statistical difference of pH and PO 2. There is no statistical significance of O 2Sat between two groups. [WT5”HX]Conclusions:[WT5”BZ] SNP is a better NO donor. NO can facilitate the relaxation of smooth muscle and blood inflow. Compared with other agents, its effects on simulation of endogenous vasodilation with NO is consistant with bodys physiological mechanism.
