HPLC法测定复方甲苯咪唑片中甲苯咪唑和盐酸左旋咪唑的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方甲苯咪唑片中甲苯咪唑和盐酸左旋咪唑的含量。方法：用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；流动相为0．05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇（40：60），流速为1．0mL·min-1，检测渡长为230nm。结果：甲苯咪唑和盐酸左旋咪唑的线性范围分别为42．24—168．96mg·L-1（r=0．9998）和10．56～42．24mg·L-1（r=0．9996）。结论：本文建立的高效液相法结果准确可靠，可作为复方甲苯咪唑片中甲苯咪唑和盐酸左旋咪唑的含量测定方法。

Content Determination of Mebendazole and Levamisole Hydrochloride in Compound Mebendazole Tablets by HPLC

Objective： To establish an RP-HPLC method for content determination of mebendazole and levamisole hydrochloride in compound mebendazole tablets. Methods： ODS column was applied. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 05 mol . L -1patassiumdihydro- gen -methanol （40：60） ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL .min-1 and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results： The linear response ranges of mebendazole and levamisole hydrochloride are 42. 24 - 168. 96 m. L-1 （ r = 0. 9998 ） and 10. 56 - 42.24 mg .L -1 （ r = 0. 999 6） respectively. Conclusion： The result of determination is accurate and reliable. This method is suitable for determination of mebendazole and levamisole hydrochloride content in compound mebendazole tablets.
