| 摘 要： | 用电镜观察了胃镜ＴＩＬ细胞杀伤ＭＫＮ４５人胃癌细胞株的形态学变化。发现ＴＩＬ细胞先向靶细胞靠近并伸出伪足与之接触,随后靶细胞开始出现结构破坏,６ｈ后靶细胞破碎死亡。研究证实了胃癌ＴＩＬ细胞对胃癌细胞的杀伤作用。

| Abstract: | The morphological changes of MKN 45 human gastric cancer cells being killed by TIL derived from gastric cancer were observed under electron microscopy. TIL was found to more near the target cells and stretch out pseudopodium to touch with them. Structural disruption of target cells was then followed. After 6 hours,the target cells were broken as " apoptosis". This study confirmed the killing effect of TIL derived from gastric cancer on gastric cancer cells. |
