| 摘 要： | 目的 研究低压冲洗下经尿道电汽化术对良性前列腺增生症的治疗效果。方法 对良性前列腺增生症患者，采用耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘低压冲洗下经尿道电汽化术治疗，解除排尿困难。结果 本组136例患者均未发生术中大出血和经尿道电切综合征。结论 低压冲洗下经尿道电汽化术是治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effect of low pressure flush transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate for the treatment of BPH. Methods 136 cases of BPH were treated by bladder built on pubis top low. Pressure to flush transurethral electrovaporization to relieve urine drainage difficulty. Results Blood bleeding did not take place with the 136 eases in operative and electric cut synthesized by urethra. Conclusion Low pressure flush transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate is a valid method for the treatment of BPH. |
