摘    要:观察运昨方对幼龄厌食大鼠摄食中枢和饮中枢神经元自发放电的影响,探讨运脾复方治疗小儿厌食症的作用机制。方法:在成功建立幼龄厌食大鼠模型的基础上,用细胞外记录方法,记录实验动物下丘脑外侧区和腹内侧区的神经元单位放电频率,在对照组、模型组和用药组之间进行对比。

Effects of YunPi Fufang on the Spontaneous Discharges of neurons in LH and VMH of Juvenile Rat with Anorexia

Abstract:On the basement of making the juvenile rat model with anorexia, using the extracellular recording method, we recorded the frequencies of spontaneous discharge of neurons in LH and VMH of the model and studied the effects of YunPi Fufang on the discharges. Experimental results indicated that the discharges of neurons were suppressed in LH of model, and Yunpi Fufang could enhance the discharges in LH, while inhibit the discharges in VMH. These findings suggest that Yunpi Fufang could modulate the relation between LH and VMH of the model which increased the feeding of model.
